I live in Tempe Arizona (sub city of phoenix) that has ASU smack dab in the middle of it. Because of this if you call in a noise complaint after 11pm and 5 or more people are there when the cops show up its considered a party and its a $500 fine the first time it happens in a year. 2nd time on and its $1,000 and the owner gets notified. Renters usually get kicked out after 3 or 4 parties.
