Best Bacon in the Country

I found this while looking for country hams once upon a time. The bacon is the most amazing smoky aged bacon I have ever had. Nice thick cuts too.

If you like country hams his aged ones are amazing also. It takes some work to cook one but so worth the effort. Here is how I do it. Start at 5:50 for the country ham part.
