Since everyone is so "ZOMG GW2" with their posts, I'm gonna take it to some realism.
2012 has been the most important year of my adult life. Not only has alttabme and gw2/arcanix been my home for msot of it, but this year is the year that I finally got a job in my field. It took me a few years after graduating to actually find ANYTHING even remotely close to my degree in the work force. I had worked in a supermarket for TEN YEARS before anything/anyone else even glanced at me. As you all know I am an accountant for a lobster company, but I had to sling beer and wine in a supermarket for many many years, for a small fraction of what I make now. And I mean small.
On top of finding my job (which resulted in me spending 4 months on the road for some SWEET bonus paychecks and not so sweet hotel living), I finally saved enough money to move out with Caroline (who waited SO patiently for me to land a half decent job). The podcasts show a decent chronology of my living situations. The first ones you'll see me in a room with my "moon pillows" in the background. Then you'll see me in a room with a flower picture in the background (which switches sides depending on my room location). Now you'll see my somewhat bland, but cozy looking apartment with my SWEET recliner.
It's been a busy year for me. New job, living somewhere new, helping the best I can with anything/everything on alttabme to make it a better community not just for "fellow guildies", but ultimately my second family. This site you and guys mean more to me than you could imagine, and I cherish every day that we spend together. Thank you for making 2012 a year I will never forget. <3 /tear
