Well this is a rather difficult question to answer, I'd say that I do a little bit of everything in the game. By far of course I enjoy PvP because it's the most dynamic of the categories, but I do enjoy socializing with people and helping however I can in PvE if need be. Oh and crafting is the bane of my life in any MMO.
Which previous MMO's or online games have you played and how long for?
I think I have a lot of experience with MMO's, like many other people I started out with WoW and stuck with it until the WotLK expansion. After that I took a break from MMO's which didn't last for very long, soon afterwards I started playing Rift which was a horrible experience for me personally. So I thought to myself: Why suffer through this? Do something crazy! Sign up for SW:TOR Testing and soon after I was in the permanent testing group. Seeing that I do have to cut this short, i quit swtor because after launch my guild rolled alts on another server and I just couldn't bring myself to leveling...again. Keep in mind that I had to level with every new build deployed for the testing phase.
Were you a part of a guild? What was your experience?
The first guild that I was part of was in WoW, it also happened to be a guild that me and my friend started. The guild wasn't large, it consisted of around 60 members just as we intended it to be. A small circle of friends, which still exists and has it's 6th guild master now. In Rift I never found a guild...well I did, it just wasn't very social or helpful. And a lot of people did server bouncing with the free transfers that Rift offers.
In swtor I found a pretty nice guild which was inter-faction, but as I mentioned before they decided to roll alts and stay on the new server and I couldn't force myself after leveling like a million times.
How did you hear about the Guild?
Honestly? I was researching stuff on GW2 and found one of the WvW videos on youtube, it had your website address at the bottom.I know it's not as glamorous as you might have hoped it to be, but it's true.
What will you bring to the ALTTABME community? (Chatty? Skilled? Funny? Helping?)
Having sat in front of the screen for a minute thinking " What WILL I bring to this community " I didn't come up with anything witty or remotely intelligent to say.
I have been known to be funny sometimes and even be helpful at other times. Skilled was never on the table though. I am a friendly person by nature, there's nothing more you can really ask beyond that.
Will Arcanix be the only guild you join?
That's an odd question. Will I even be accepted in the first place?
Is there anything else you would like to throw in here at the end?
Why not? Seeing that I filled a bunch of other fields. First off I'd like to mention that it's 1 am here and I'm very sleepy, so you'll probably have to excuse my grammar.
Second thing to note is that I live on the East coast of Canada and I'm not originally from this continent. Now I'm practically falling asleep on my keyboard, if you really want my life story you'll have to buy me a cocktail or just ask nicely.
