What role do you wish to play in the guild? For example: PvP, PvE, Casual/Social
PvP and PvE. From the beta weekends I have leaned towards a staff using elementalist focusing on fire and water casting. *I can heal and dps!? I love this game*
Which previous MMO's or online games have you played and how long for?
Everquest (1 year), Dark Ages of Camelot (2-3 years), Shadowbane (off and on until it closed), EQ2(1 year), Dungeons and Dragons Online(2 years), EvE(6 months), RIFT(1 year), and a few others for shorter periods of time.
Were you a part of a guild? What was your experience?
I have been in a few guilds and have been an "officer" in most of them. Unfortunately, many guilds have dissolved as time goes on. I have ended up running guilds in RIFT and Shadowbane and enjoyed it at the time because I had the time to spend.
How did you hear about the Guild?
youtube and the guildwars 2 twitter. Then I watched your later 2 podcasts as well as the preroll for the last one. *do I need a beard to be in the guild?*
What will you bring to the ALTTABME community? (Chatty? Skilled? Funny? Helping?)
I'm awesome. No, seriously. I have run the scary raids in *RIFT* pve and organized full guild town destruction in *shadowbane* pvp. I really just want to be a cog in the machine for the guild in this game.
Will Arcanix be the only guild you join?
Probably, unless there is some sort of mechanic in the game wherein we need more than one. Perhaps one for pvp and one for pve?
Is there anything else you would like to throw in here at the end?
I like the organizational skills of the guild and the actual willingness of the guildies to play their roles. Typically it's like herding cats.
