I was perussing the Guild Wars 2 forums and checked out the Mesmer forum cause I was so happy with the Mesmer I decided to make that my main over the Guardian this weekend.
Well.. low and behold, THE WHINING! Whoa... So I have made this thread so people can see the different ways to use a Mesmer. Albeit I am no master of Guild Wars 2 and I am sure I fuck up a lot... but I wanted people to see I was having a ton of fun regardless!
I will be updating this thread with many more videos as they finish rendering! So Please check back for updates or subscribe for email updates on this thread.
I am mostly uploading Structured PvP and World vs World. If you want to see PvE with the Mesmer please respond here and if there is enough interest I will render those and upload em as well.
Anyway, hope you enjoy.
P.S. I will be uploading the other highlights from my Guardian, Ascalonian Catacomb run, PvE, and random fun stuff to another thread. This will be purely Mesmer.
UPDATE: It has been brought to my attention that the Pistol Illusion was bugged. Regardless if you watch the other videos where I am not using the Pistol off hand you will see I am doing just as well, such as WvW and the Greatsword PvP. I had a feeling as you will hear in the commentary of the videos that the Pistol illusion was a bit off. Turns out that is true, although I have not seen any official response, just some flames from a post I made about the videos. So I apologize if it is a bug and hope you all realize this is a BETA and not all of us knew about the bug or what caused it... anyway I have separated those videos so you know which they are.
