I already bought my three day pass. I would absolutely LOVE an ARX get together! If people need to, use this forum to organize any possible carpool'ing or even hotel room sharing.
 
I'm dying to go. This one is a mix of great and poor timing though. On the one hand I turn 18 at the beginning of the month, and PAX has been my dream way to celebrate that for goodness knows how long. On the other hand, I get back from a trip to New York (Model United Nations event for a club of mine) about two weeks earlier than PAX East, leaving little time to catch back up with school work and funds (for money would inevitably be needed). However, I think I'll make an effort because I've wanted to go to one of the big gameing conventions for years.
 
Hotels are selling out FAST through the PAX site. If anyone is on the fence about this, I suggest deciding quickly on where you will stay. Tripadvisor.com is always my go to site for an idea of the service and quality to be expected of each hotel. As of right now, ALL hotels within walking distance to PAX are completely unavailable. The nearest hotels with vacancy for that weekend are 1 mile+ away. Choose wisely and quickly. Can't believe how quickly everything is being taken.
