This is NOT for WvW kills. Only people who will be in Quaggan suits. No breaking formations. We will queue until every member is in! And then transform and "attack"!

That's the last date I remember hearing tossed around, too. I'm not sure it was finalized, but it also matches what Trib said (it'd be the 14th).
