Every year my company hosts a tent at the American Royal World Series of BBQ. Included is all you can eat, world-class BBQ. Here's the guy that's going to be cooking it for us:

If you haven't seen the BBQ Pitmasters show and you like cooking shows, check it out. BBQ is a pretty unique culinary style, so if you're used to the stove top and baking stuff, it can be a fun change.
