I think they have a base idea, but overall I'm sure they were blindsided by a lot of problems (look at the login errors). I dunno, I'm thinking at least August before launch, more at November sadly for holiday sales.... I dunno, has Blizz stated when MoP is being released? Hate to say it but that's gonna be a huge factor. EQ2 and FFXIV and AoC and a few other MMO's launched specifically around WoW expansions to try and diffuse / ride the wait for immediate sales.
