Hey everyone-

I've been an alttabme.com lurker since discovering the podcasts during Guild Ward 2 beta, and I figured it was time to say "hi"! I'm currently taking a break from MMOs while I wait for a few titles (one being Wildstar), so right now I am shamelessly passing my time with cutesy games (translation: Plants vs Zombies 2).

So more interesting facts about me:
  • Grew up in Texas
  • First video game played was Duck Hunt
  • First MMO was EverQuest Online Adventures on Playstation 2
  • Moved to Ohio in 2008 for work after pharmacy school
  • Moved to Chicago this year for career
  • Gay gamer!
Anyway, I'll find my way to Mumble eventually. Looking forward to chatting! xoxo

Oh I know. It was my first though so it will always have a special place in my heart. Sometimes I google it to look at the images and it reminds me of how far games have come.

I loved it when they released the Mastery system! I AFK'd pet farmed for a week and hit cap mastery on like, a level 15. Capped out FA and tons of other things, and dueled with the betting system against 30's and winning constantly. It was broken lol.

Oh yes, the mastery system. I was a fashion fanatic so I remember spending HOURS farming camps for the chance of robe drops. One of my favorite finds was the Emerald Robe. /sigh memories!
 
I'm a plants vs zombie fan myself. Probably one of the few games I CAN play while at work. XD

So true. I got hooked on the FB one for a bit too. I just miss having hours to be able to play other games like Skyrim and such.

Have you had the opportunity to play any other MMO's besides EverQuest Online?

Gyoin and Simpwn I know right?! I played in the Burning Crusade but it felt like a different game when I returned in Cataclysm. I thought the nostalgia would keep me longer but it actually worked against me.

GameFreak OMG I love it here!
