This is about what it takes me to wake up every morning.

Sounds like you need to make more time for sleep. :) Usually by the time I get up to turn off the alarm across the room, there's no going back to sleep for me. Something I learned recently is if you drink something hydrating in the morning you won't feel drowsy even if you get lots of sleep (works for me at least).

I tried vodka. It didn't work well. :p
