I play Tera for about 2 months weeks got to level 45 and play a little bit of lord of the rings online got to level 4.

Skilled still learning thought, with the world vs world and etc.And helping
Will Arcanix be the only guild you join?
Ya maybe because I need a a PvP group that take it easy and not straight into the battle and died. But when I start learning more about PvP, I might go to another guild.
Is there anything else you would like to throw in here at the end?
I have a speech impediment, so my voice might be a little bit squeaky, but I am 17 year old. But you have to give people a chance to prove themselves. That they belong in this Guild it not all about the age it about how mature and how responsible, they really are.

And I am going to have to agree to disagree and say, it is about age in this group as much as it is about maturity.
 
I'm just going to mention that, in the past, we have played with some really good and mature younger guys. We had a guy we called Izzy, great warrior in vanilla WoW that was 14 at the time. The beauty of him tho, was that he never acted like he was 14, other than the fact that he had a bed time that his parents enforced. You're right about the age not being the only factor, but from our side it is the fastest way to weed out A LOT of immature and generally annoying people.

That said, just looking at the app (ignoring the age issue), you really don't have much on here to judge. One character in Tera to 45 and a trial character in LotRO. Did you play with any guilds? Did you make any connections with people? Did you have any sort of community that you contributed into and felt some kind of gratification out of? These are the people we are really looking to join our group, which one typically wouldn't encounter until being a part of a long term gaming.

For all I know, you're the greatest guy in the world. But I simply don't know, because your app has... Well, very little on it. Except to tell us that we need to change a policy :p That's my view on it anyways.
 
I agree with everything Gyoin has said above.. Here is what I suggest, hang around the forums and get to know us.
