Though NOT super exciting with commentary and crazy cuts. I have had a few requests to see my PvE build in effect.

One note, as a Charr in Fractals you cannot create clones on Dodge, thus killing a bit of your DPS burst.
Also I have a set of pirate runes(magic find is just too damn good in fractals not to have it in some capacity) as well as the .6% magic find on my main hand weapon, and mixture of Prec Power Cond as well as Prec Power Crit for all my jewelry to min max my damage while waiting to shatter again.
