Here it is, a papercraft project you can download and make at home. I built this from scratch using blender to make the 3d models then Pepakura to unfold the objects. Feel free to download them and make them for yourself!

What you will need for this project is:
1. Paper to print on (thicker paper is better)
1a. And a printer to print the sheets.
2. Scissors or a blade to cut the shapes out.
3. Glue. I use superglue cause it dries fast and you can use small amounts, but almost any glue will work.
4. (optional) something to color the letters if you want. I used markers.
5. (optional) straight edge like a thin metal ruler for help with cutting and folding.
Take a look through the album to see what you are getting into and then I will give you some hints on how to do the project.
- First download the letters and the box if you want to have it for display purposes. Print those out. There are two sets of letters, one with the sides numbered so you can match up where to glue the pieces and, one set with no numbers so you can have a clean looking project like in the pictures. I recommend just using the numbered pics as a reference guide.
- Using a straight edge like a thin metal ruler will help with folding. Lay the edge on the line and lift the paper up for a valley fold. For a mountain fold put the straight edge behind the paper on the line and fold over it.
- You will see solid lines, lines with just dashes _ _ _ _ , and lines with dashes and dots _ . _ . _ . _ the solid lines you cut, the dashed lines you mountain fold, as in upside down V and the lines with dashes and dots are valley folds as in a regular V.
- You should color the pieces you want before you cut since it will be easier to handle a full sheet instead of just the pieces. Also you can color outside the lines and it won't matter cause you cut off the extra.
- for the curves of the B just cut around the outside of all the tabs and make relief slices as needed to be able to fold the tabs down.
- For the A and the B start with the filler tubes that are in the middle of the letters. This makes the letter more stable to put the outside piece on.
- For the E the larger gap goes on the bottom. I recommend gluing in the middle filler before the outer one.
- The T looks like a mess, but once you fold all the folds it kinda just comes together.
And there you have it. Have fun!
