APB with good models and a modeling mode, ha pretty cool. Been watching this game just to see how badly it fails, but it does have beautiful character creation.
I think American games dont do this because they don't want to deal with people making the likenesses of famous people. it opens up some pretty awesome machinima possibilities, though.
