It isn't costing me anything. One of good friends I grew up with is a tattoo artist. He tattoos me for free or dirt cheap.
I have 2 half sleeves. One on each forearm and between my shoulder blades and my right leg from ankle to knee is covered all the way around. Plus this one is on my ribs and takes pretty much my whole side up.
