It's takes a little bit of finagling in order to make it work. If your main isn't showing updated data, make an alt and represent, the alt may show something different. Also, over flow server workarounds. Hop into The Mists and try there and make sure you're not in an overflow.
It all depends on who you let have access to the queue system, be it only GL or officers or yada yada. Look at in-game settings.
