To get access to these ringtones, you may have to allow iTunes to acknowledge .m4r files, to do so:
1. Open iTunes
2.Click the "Edit" tab and select "Preferences"
3. Select the "General" tab and click the check box next to "Ringtones"
You now have a Ringtones section in your library. Click the tab, then add the .m4r files to your library. When you sync your iPhone, go to the tab that says "Ringtones" and select how you want to sync it. I prefer the Sync All option. It may warn you that changing this setting might delete music, contacts, ect. from your phone, but it really won't, it will only delete any custom ringtones that you added to your phone by other methods (if you have done so).
Now enjoy your ringtones!
