I can't remember who asked it or what thread it was in but to confirm an answer on whether allies can see your telegraphs skip to 40mins in. Yes you can see each other's telegraphs and its sort of a way of quick communication as you can see whos throwing down something where, etc.

Oh god I can see that now. Anyway I think it will make things quite interesting for the reasons Gaffney stated in the interview. It will also allow tight knit groups to work even closer together.

You can also see your enemies telegraphs. I don't remember which interview I saw it in though.
