So, introduction to this build: I've been trying to perfect a kit-swapping build since I got into sPvP. At first, I was toying around with an Elixir build, but then really wanted to make use of the kit-using traits to maximize efficiency.
Here's the build...

...and here is why you are awesome.
Survivability:
It takes a while to get used to, though, so if you try it out, give it a chance. It requires you constantly keep switching kits in order to use the MOST suitable skill of all the ones you have...and you have a lot. 15 between your Rifle and Weapon Kits, add another 3 on the Med Kit, four on the Toolbelt, and two more between Utility Goggles and Supply Crate, for a grand total of TWENTY-FOUR.
So what you're left with is a constant juggling of kits to keep Swiftness up and keep enemies where you want them, to heal up allies and yourself, and also to combine with your toolbelt skills/Utility Goggles based on the situation. Insanely complex playstyle, but it's just great.

...and here is why you are awesome.
Survivability:
- 26,062 Health, 2470 Armor.
- You have access to the Med Kit's Bandage Self and dropped Bandages, on top of the Elixir Gun's Healing Mist and Super Elixir.
- You have a nearly permanent Vigor [Speedy Kits/Hidden Flask + Invigorating Speed].
- You are immune to conditions at 25% HP or less [Automated Response], and get a 10-second Regeneration [Low Health Response System]
- You get a full heal-skills/toolbelt skills recharge at 25% HP [Automated Medical Response].
- Conditions and Stuns on you suffer a 25% duration penalty [Superior Rune of Melandru]
- Utility Goggles give you a way out of stuns, if they're threatening.
- Conditions can be converted to boons [Transmute]
- Your Med Kit's Drop Antidote removes all conditions on you.
- Usign toolbelt skills recharges 10% of your endurance [Adrenaline Pump]
- You have a nearly permanent Swiftness active [Speedy Kits + Invigorating Speed/Superior Rune of Speed]
- In combat, you have an additional 10% speed [Power Shoes]
- Net Shot, Overcharged Shot, Jump Shot [Rifle]; Air Blast [Flamethrower]; Acid Bomb [Elixir Gun]
- Fury is accessible through the Med Kit's Stimulant, the passive Hidden Flask, and more reliably Utility Goggles, bringing you up to a more-than-sufficient 56% critical strike chance.
- Your Flamethrower and Elixir Gun both deal 15% more damage [Deadly Mixture]
- Each boon you have grants you an extra 1% damage [Energy Conversion Matrix]
- You can stack Vulnerability really fast with the use of the Analyze toolbelt skill, the Elixir Gun's Fumigate skill, and the Rifle's Jump Shot skill. Combined in the right order, this is ridiculous.
- Catching up to enemies is a joke, with your combination of Swiftness, Cripple, Net and self-launching skills. You can combine immobilizes/cripples with the Flamethrower's Napalm ability for very neat damage.
- You can partially negate an enemy's healing with Fumigate's Poison application.
- Every single Toolbelt skill use grants you a free Static Discharge lightning attack, which so far I've seen hitting for anywhere between 1 to 1.2k; your Toolbelt skills recharge once you hit 25% HP. USE - THIS - INFORMATION - WISELY.
- The Elixir Gun is very team-oriented if you so choose, with Fumigate cleansing conditions from friends and Super Elixir granting a heal to everyone around. Healing Mists (toolbelt) also affects every friend around.
- The Med Kit is usable by friends, which obviously allows you to play a more supportive role if the situation called for it.
- The Elixir Gun has a Light Field effect; the Flamethrower has a Fire Field effect.
