Do you have any friends in the guild? If so, who?
Not as far as I know.

Main Character
...I can't decide! I have thought up 5, and this whole choosing thing is Hard. I will toss a D6 at launch, that should help, right?

Character Name
1 (and 6) - Imre, 2 - Jayshe, 3 - Gwalchmei, 4 - Maeve, 5 - Shaerna

Race
1 (and 6) - Norn, 2 - Asura, 3 - Sylvari, 4 - Human, 5 - Charr

Profession(Class)
1 (and 6) - Thief, 2 - Guardian, 3 - Ranger, 4 - Mesmer, 5 - Elementalist

What role do you wish to play in the guild? For example: PvP, PvE, Casual/Social
Hmmm. Easier to ask what I don't wish to play.

I love PvP, so unless I discover I am absolutely hopeless at GW2 version of it, I will play lots of that, sPvP and WvWvW both. I would love to play with a team of guildies, because it's easier to impart your strategic wisdom (and get it imparted right back) through shouting, er I mean calmly and civilly talking in vent. Also they tell me there's this thing where people can learn together and get better at teamwork and even voluntary coordinate with each other, but I'll believe that when I see it.

But I want to do All of PvE! Such an interesting and amazing world needs to be explored stat. I'm kind of OCD about knowing things and completion, so I'll be running circles around zones, getting all the vistas-hearts-challenges, overturning rocks and sniffing at suspicious caves to be absolutely sure I didn't miss anything. When someone will randomly ask "Hey remember that weird dredge discussing human cults with a charr somewhere?" high chance I'm the one that answers "Yeah they were dissing Grenth and also disturbed a wasp nest with their shouting and it starts that event chain with that mime assassins and you can find them in north-eastern corner of Maguuma Wastes to the left of that strange abandoned outpost. Beware cave spiders!"

I theoretically would like to RP, but haven't had any pleasant or sufficiently interesting experience with MMO RP so far.

Which previous MMO's or online games have you played and how long for?
I've played SWTOR from launch. I bought it because "Bioware RPG yes please!" first and "hmm I should try playing an MMO someday" second. And what do you know, playing with other people can be incredibly awesome. The "oooh Bioware RPG" factor was also impressive, especially if you played the Imperial Agent story, so I was a bit worried GW2 personal story would feel two-dimensional and pale. Then I played an Asura in BWE3 and I my worries were laid to rest :D

Were you a part of a guild? What was your experience?
I still am in a SWTOR guild. It's... a very, very, casual guild. I still don't know most of its members. Over half of the times I ran endgame operations, I did it with other guilds I have friends in, and I've done all of my leveling solo. That's one of the reasons I went looking for a GW2 guild pre-launch, I hope to get to play it in a group from the start.

How did you hear about the Guild?
The probably annoying to you by now way: thanks to the 50 Charr vid.
I went on to watch some of your podcasts and also that machinima and though I cannot condone the song choice, married by a Grenth priest, seriously? I have questions about that storyline :D

What will you bring to the ALTTABME community? (Chatty? Skilled? Funny? Helping?)
I can be chatty - I'm not prone to soliloquising, but I love a good discussion or just some random joking around. Be warned, I can get carried away picking the lore apart. I can also start randomly discussing biology of whatever improbable creature/plant I stumbled upon. (There was that one time I launched into a lecture about how Hutts probably mate)
I tend to read up on the class I'm playing and I love me some theorycrafting, but cannot guarantee I'll be any good at it... I can guarantee that I'm very good at following instructions in a fight.
I love crafting just for the sake of it, and plan on discovering everything, and I also love using all those discovered recipes for the good of whomever I can catch, so I will happily clog up the guild bank with random masterwork stuff.

Will Arcanix be the only guild you join?
Yep.

Is there anything else you would like to throw in here at the end?
I guess I should acknowledge that I've seen the warning that you're full at the moment. I still have a slim hope for a place in the queue since you've approved some applications recently :D
Also can you please be judges from Who Wants To Be a Millionaire? Because you really don't want to hear me sing. That way lies pain and horror and burst eardrums.

So can you expound on your experience here... I only see one game and a recent gave at that. Have you gamed or grouped with people in the past prior?

The marriage by Grenth was intentional :)(life after death) The song was used because of the original WoW video and I didn't want to stray from the cheesy roots even if coldplay would have gotten it more hits, and DIAF Celine Dion is amazing regardless.

The fact that you read everything we wrote is apparent by you asking us to not make you sing, but now, you have no choice in order to be accepted.

Quips aside, this is a great app and we would be stupid NOT to accept it. Please know, as we all know woman do not play video games you will be required to talk on Mumble and not say "I do not have a mic"

Other than that, if the others agree and you make us a platinum album welcome aboard.

If you can make Tristan actually WANT to type a response you have to be a good candidate.
