FYI for those that don't know how:
To see public houses you open your social list while on your housing plot, click the neighbors tab. On the bottom left of that screen next to add player is a button that says make new friends. Click that and it brings up a last of public houses.
To make your house public, click on the remodel button I believe when on your housing plot. Top right of that screen next to your house name is a little blue button. Click that and you have the option to rename. Set gathering options for you and neighbors, and set public, private, ect.
