GW2 Quick Question About Actual Release

I pre-ordered Guild Wars 2 at GameStop, but have yet to receive a clear answer as to what I need to do tomorrow for actual release. Do we need to get our actual copy of the game if we have one? Or will the current client suffice, if not indefinitely, then long enough for me to not have to worry about getting my actual copy of the game right away?

I can tell you that the beta client or any client you have now will be able to update to the release client (i.e. you won't have to reinstall to get the new client), but I'm not sure about how the serial key or registering your new copy will affect things or how gamestop is even handling that.

"As a Pre-Purchase customer, you will need to return to the retailer where you made your pre-purchase with receipt in order to receive your retail box and serial code. In order to continue playing without interruption, you will need to apply this retail serial code to your Guild Wars 2 account within FIVE DAYS of launch.

Guess that settles that.
