I started following Taugrim while I was playing Warhammer Online since he did a pretty good job of producing useful content. He is a PVP-focused player and usually has opinions solely from that perspective. He recently posted an article on his blog about the flaws in Wildstar's endgame PVP (reddit link below).
I think he does a nice job of summarizing how I've felt about level 50 PVP. I had a blast in the level 6-49 PVP, but as soon as I hit 50 I quickly realized there was a huge gear gap in the practice battlegrounds that made it practically unplayable for me. I originally started looking at Wildstar because of the Warplots since I tend to enjoy large scale PVP more than arena style, but I quickly lost interest in this aspect of the game when I saw that I could not compete with other players because of my gear.
We'll have to see how Carbine implements these PVP changes. Until then, I'll just be a PVE healer <3
