GW2 Thief Buffs for 8/15 Stress Test!

What you read here is not final or official. It's information from leaked patch notes so take it with a grain of salt.

Mechanics

Initiative Regeneration increased from .6 -> .667 per second
Initiative Regeneration increased from 2 every 3 seconds to 3 every 4seconds.

Dagger

Death Blossom: Now costs 4 initiative
Wild Strike – Gain 10 Endurance with a successful strike.
Lotus Strike – Removed Weakness. Added 2s Poison.

Shortbow

Cluster Shot -> Increased max targets from 3 to 5 on the full bomb. Separate clusters remain at 3 targets.
Disabling Shot: 2s->3s Cripple

Sword

Pistol Whip: 1/4 second stun is now 1/2 second. Second half now has evasion.
Tactical Strike: 1s Daze->2s Daze; can move while using this
Crippling Strike: Added 2s Weakness
Infiltrator’s Strike: 2 init->3 init. Added 1s Immobilize
Flanking Strike: removes 1 boon

Heal

Signet of Malice: Increased the passive heal by 30% Decreased the active heal by 25%. Reduced the cool down to 15s.

Utility

Infiltrator’s Signet -> Moved to Tier 1
Signet of Agility -> Moved to Tier 2
Venom duration decreased from 45 seconds to 30 seconds.

Elite

Daggerstorm: now gives 8 seconds of stability.

Traits

Assassin’s Reward Base heal at level 80: 50/init->70/init
First Strikes – 10%% increased damage when Initiative is over 6.
Leeching Venoms: Damage no longer scales with the Healing attribute. Now scales with level only.
 
Do you have a good source of patch notes? I can never find any and I know that AN never puts out official ones.

I saw this and just scratched my head for a second. Wouldn't the second statement actually make the first statement 0.667 -> .75 per second?

oh no...i saw this in gw2guru.com and decided to post it...

but yea the initiative regen buff has kinda weird wording

it was 0.6...so you were getting 1.8 every 3 seconds

now that it is .667...you are getting 2.668 every 4 seconds (or better yet!! 2.001 every 3 seconds)

so i'm guessing they always rounded up....but now that i look at it...that part's not really a buff at all, unless it is a garuanteed 3 every 4 seconds

Anet doesn't have "official patch notes" for beta...but they did say they will have them post release....so for right now, its just whatever you can get your hands on
 
Hm this might actually make my thief build better. Though I am curious about how many points there are in the endurance bar (1oo?) if wild strike heals 10.
