Maybe a nice idea:
What would you think of random Safe for work videos/links in the homepage?
Many people like stuff like that and I can say myself that if they like what they see that they'll keep coming back.

Maybe new videos etc.
A Youtube playlist, you could see new stuff etc.
Wouldn't that be something nice?

Maybe even recommended youtube subscriptions. For instance I would recommend http://www.youtube.com/user/freddiew. He does some awesome CGI and video game work. He also has a video series called Video Game High School that is a really great watch if you've never seen it.
