Ok so while beta has started, we still have 2 races and classes to reveal, among a lot of other things. Anyway based on the info and the 4 classes so far what class interests you the most?

Me? I am interested in the Spellslinger the most. Ive spent the majority of my MMO time playing the roguish, sneaky, stabby stabby type(besides GW2) so I wanted to main something different this time around. So switching to ranged dps/healer and trying my hand at healing is something that interests me. Also the class description says it all:

"Spellslingers are deadly and dangerous pistoleers, often found beyond the Fringe working as bounty hunters, bodyguards, and guns-for-hire."

As of right now an Esper WILL be my first character. Never know if the 2 to-be-revealed classes hold more interest for me though.

I'm very interested in how the healing will really be portrayed in group/raid settings. I mean, it seems like one could easily do a split dps/healing gear set and play hybrid in any situation, but esper still seems more healing focused and spellslinger dps....

Well, we'll see. Like always, I'll have one of everything. I like to transition between my "flavor of the months" as needed for raid style content, as well as still holding the primary focus on healing ^_^ AND HOW THE FUCK CAN A SPELLSLINGER HEAL WITH GUNS?!

Spellslinger seems the most appealing to me right now. Heals if I end up wanting to do that, ranged DPS if I don't. My favorite combo.

Stalker <3

Mostly from my RO past. I loved Stalkers. And they share the same name sooo.

Plus stabbing things sounds like a blast!

C'mere Ill shoot you in the head, we can find out.

Actually I like the idea of playing a hybrid. As to esper being more focused healing, Gaffney the executive producer stated somewhere in the Q&A about the patch notes that not all elder game content would be straightforward roles. I.E. you may need to use a different tank other than a warrior for certain bosses, etc. I am assuming that spellslinger and esper healing both have their places.

Human Esper. I'll probably make a Warrior and/or a Spellslinger at some point, but I'd love to see what the other two classes are. My guess is one will be an engineer with a rifle.

I'm interested in Esper #1 and Spellslinger #2

I want to go main healing if possible. But I want to see if there is a hybrid for off healers as well. I like to DPS while I heal makes it more fun.

In LoTRO I play(ed) a Bow and Crossbow Hunter.
In WoW I played an arcane mage (no literally arcane was my favorite spec)
In GW2 I play an axe, mace, and greatsword Warrior.

I'm all over the place and honestly have no idea what will interest me, but I've never been hooked on stealthy classes and the Esper seems newishsortaPSYBLADEFUCKERS

I really like psionics in general, and lean toward that power if it's available in sci-fi settings. I'm fond of elemental magic and swords too, though, so if there's a magic/melee hybrid, that will probably steal my heart.

Probably and Aurin Esper for me, or a Spellslinger. I am a mage at heart and these are the closest ones i can find soooo. Plus they sound wicked cool

I've always enjoyed having heavy armor and huge weapons like a Warrior / Death Knight / Paladin but since Burning Crusade in WoW my main has been a Rogue. So I'm torn between Stalker and Warrior, leaning toward Warrior though so that got my vote for now. I also love having high mobility or high control. I'll have to see which has a better balance of both.

Surprised to see I'm the only one who voted Warrior so far :D

Commercial zone builder.

Seriously though, anything that pew pews and heals I'm usually good with. I like to feel useful in a raid so a support time would also work.

Of those listed, Spellslinger sounds the most fun. I just like the idea to shooting spells out of guns. Good marriage of technology and magic.

That said, I want to tank, but warrior and stalker both don't appeal to me. I'm holding out hope that one of the unannounced classes will be a tank that I find more interesting.
