GW2 Y U NO START EARLIER?

I'm with ThatOneGuy, I actually will only have an hour to play in the stress test tomorrow, but I'm kinda like 'eh because I really don't know what to do, I want it to count already! I was taking screenshots for my screensaver, but I have almost 300, I think that's enough for now. Also I'm not on the same server as any of you guys, so it's less tempting to play for that reason as well. Maybe I should invest in Gems already....hmm
 
I keep going back and forth on getting gems for launch. The only reason I would is to sell them right off so I can have some gold to kick start my investing on the AH. There will be some awesome deals on the first night. Other than that I wont buy gems I'll make gold for em.

So true. I've been salivating after this game for so long...its a good thing my boyfriend is a gamer too else he'd hate me for a few weeks. xD

Lolol, yeah. That always sucks when one of the 2 isn't a gamer. If both are, that's so awesome. But hey, there is a stress test today from noon to 4pm Eastern Time. If you have the game installed, come join us! =D

Hmm, you could just make a char like, in 20 mins and enjoy the rest of the game time =O I mean, your char won't be saved for the official release right?

I'll have to load it up and see, I didn't do the last couple of tests. xD I hope there isn't too much stuff to patch.

Ugh, I am so bad with character creation...Aion had me busy with it for quite a while theirs has so much!

Actually yeah! I feel you here. Aion was such a badass game for Character Creation. Loved all those different hairstyles. I'm afraid I might spend a lot of time creating my chars on launch day since it's way better than the Aion one.

No it wont be saved, i am just doing it so i don't spend an hour at launch in character creation.

NGL that's what I did with Aion, I spent a ton of time making the character and screenshot everything (sliders, numbers, colors blah blah) and matched it on live. XD /issuchanerdcake
 
Im going to roll and level an engineer, i already know 2 classes I for sure will end up playing, and I think engineer can be three. Might as well take a few hours at it to see~
 
I logged in for 5 minutes at the end of the stress test to test my new monitor. I immediately regretted it because it looks so wonderful and I can't wait for the weekend!!!

I logged on for the last 30 minutes and decided to change my main from asura to slyvari. AN had happened to change my skin tone on the ranger I made in bwe3 and never went back to. It looked like a boss so I had to check out the options and clothes. So much better than munchkin style, even though I like the asura.

Sylvari ranger it is on launch day.
 
I can say that I was logged in for the full 6 hours and still it wasn't enough xD I'm so screwed when the game launches. Bye grandma, goodbye friends, goodbye sunshine, etc...
 
I'm actually headed to a state fair with some folks on Saturday, so I may not have time to do much more than create a character in the morning before I leave! The extra day of waiting will hurt, but the way I see it, there'll be plenty of time to play thereafter. I don't start my new job for another two weeks after release, so I'll have lots of time to play! :D
