Meaning come and enjoy it when you can! No one expects you to be there the whole time if you don't want to or can't.

Hey, I just had an idea. What if we had everyone donate the money they earned participating in WvWvW during the event to the commander book fund? I know it we can't make it mandatory, but we could encourage people to chip in however much they accumulated. Just a thought.

This is a great idea.
 
We are up against Darkhaven and Anvil Rock. Pretty even so far. We gave them hell in the Eternal Battlegrounds for a bit, and it seemed fairly evenly matched. As you can see from the initial numbers, Anvil Rock is lagging behind a bit, but their strategy might be to grab all orbs then push, they've already gotten Darkhaven's...

Should be fun!

An easy way to do this would be for everyone to deposit their cash to their personal bank before starting (or just make a note).
 
Ok, we need a battle hymn. I was inspired by a conversation in Mumble on Friday and came up with this:

Just be sure to leave some in your inventory in case you need repairs. ;)

Remember if you haven't already, it would be great if you could send the money earned to Triage to help get the commander book. We are 20g closer.

Once again great teamwork! We kicked some serious butt!

Then we can have a spin-off series where we renovate the place.
Pots of burning oil and cannons are actually great for Feng Shui.
 
we DOMinated, I even saw a post on reddit discussing yaks bend superior tactics, making darkhaven into a mass confused mob.
 
I watched Yak’s Bend do some excellent maneuvers on DH that just amazed me…. The shear fact of that many players moving in formation and listening to someone just was awesome. They didn't trail off chasing 1 or 2 players. They didn't buckle under pressure. They smashed through our ranks, all the way back to the caster types.

When I see coordination I assume they are using teamspeak or something outside the game. There is no way some of them are coordinating like that while typing and still moving.

It's so funny how they assume our entire server must be coordinating on mumble. It's good to see comments like these. Great job guys!
