Not bad well im just waiting until B3 opens tommorow until then i have to be a bit different. plus my english is terrible even though i am english i much prefer talking on a microphone much easier :)[DOUBLEPOST=1372811498,1372811458][/DOUBLEPOST]what paths are you guys thinking of taking getting back on topic

I think our soldier number right now is pretty low overall. I might go just because it's more my playstyle but scientist and explorer look fun too. I'll pass on the settler nonsense and just steal all the buffs.
 
i think you will gain more damage spells being a soilder but you only get to choose 8-9 skills so you might prefer class skills i dont know im so excited though lol

Yeah I originally liked the sound of Settler and I liked the idea of Explorer as I loved exploring in GW2 and doing the jumping puzzles. Though really my play style is more of a Soldier.
 
I chose Explorer because that just naturally is what I go for, but that could change because the Settler has really sparked my interest. Maybe enough to get me out of my comfort zone and try something a little different.

yea do it man i think this game will bring you into the unknown its very different by the looks of it and will be fun to learn from scratch
 
I still want to stick with explorer, but the settler has some good perks that I want to take advantage of. Things like when they make some structures, unavailable vendors and quest givers show up. I want those rare vendor items to resell

Yeah, that's the big question isn't it. I think the word is that certain structures, such as taxis, need a 'socket' to be 'plugged' in, and others such as campfires can be strewn a bit more liberally.
 
Part of my grind/kill mentality makes me think Soldier will be the most efficient path for leveling / xp. If I go explorer, I feel I may be slowing myself down xp wise. (I know you still get xp for doing exploration, but the time spent vs just killing stuff makes me wonder)

Then again, I don't know if I'll be rushing for 50 as fast as possible anyway :p I don't know, they all keep pulling me in different directions. I just want to try them all already!
