Wildstar PvP Dueling - Learn the OTHER CLASSES

So as those who were online might know, I raged pretty bad at level 50. I was just getting my ass handed to me badly. I went to the forums on Wildstar and that was a mistake. Whining bitch posts making me hate my class.

So I even began an alt in case. (mind you I will still make an alt for fun) but the thing is I needed to learn other classes more.

Me and Subtle, Jama, Zorph were dueling for quite a bit of time today to understand what helps us against other classes and how to balance out our bars so we could most effectively play our part in PvE and still jump into World PvP without blinking twice.

I highly suggest when you get a chance to fight or ask one of us to fight along side you to test out builds and the like :)


 
Yeah, it also helps you learn the range and capabilities of the other classes that you may come up against as well as help you learn how to combat them and what your weaknesses are against them.

Don't forget you can make at least 1 other LAS that you can switch to when you want to pvp. One click spell bar change out.

That's harder said than done. Most of us want a dps spec and a side spec of healing and tanking. Then adding in pvp dps and pvp utility and pvp survivability, it's rough. In a month or two it won't be a huge deal, but until then damn. You're going to have to either respec for maximizing your sub roles, or just use a subpar spec.

Or buy the other slots to have 4. :)

450 elder gems and 525. At 140 a week (minus 150 for genesis key), it should be taking a minimum of 5 weeks before someone can get their 3rd slot. Notice how in my previous post I mentioned "in a month or two it won't be a big deal"? That's what I was referring to.
 
Definitely should take some time to duel as everyone starts hitting fifty. My spec is pure PvE DPS and having one that would work equally in both situations would be awesome.

You can get far more than 140 per week, that is just the cap for obtaining them through elder points.

Idk, I guess I have been told that's not true.
 
i see how it is post all the duels that i lost and not the ones i won... :p

all kidding aside tho this was epic lets all start playing together more so these wonderful things can happen more. we have more than 5 50's lets to dome adventures! I am talking to you Tanks!!! get some gear rofl.
 
Watching me get pooped on makes me cry... I think a little part of my soul died. Good video =P

Plus I didn't record this morning when I was crying. :)

For all those watching no one is going to scream, we are just trying to get each other better. We are basically doing this to understand our class and the others better for world PvP, BGs, Etc. it has really gotten us all better at building our specs and figuring out more about other playstyles.
 
Great vid! It's pretty sad seeing the true extent 300ping has on my pvp, sooo many skills and cc aimed and shot behind you in that video lol.. Ive already started aiming in front of people, apparently i gotta anticipate just a little bit more.. Awesome duels tho guys!
