Snap of the work desktop... wallpaper cycles every 10s through a folder of about 300 (and growing) cars from various stance-related sites... Stanceworks, Canibeat, I<3drivingslow, klutchrepublik, etc.

What are you using to do that stuff in the left?

StandaloneStack. Make a shortcut to the program, Ctrl+Click it to configure it, then pin the shortcut to the taskbar. It won't work with links to 64-bit programs (like Cubase, which has to live in the Start menu).
