I think from all the rules the one that inspired me to apply the most is the Zero Tolerance Policy!
While treating others with kindness and respect seems an obvious thing to do, it's something I've seen now and again shoved under the rug in preference to cliques or avoiding discussion.
It's nice to have the reassurance that members will be protected - or more so, we'll be able to protect each other!

How did you hear about the Crafting Worlds?
I've been playing in a mild PVP-RP based VRising server with some friends!
It's been a lot of fun, and it made me wonder what else might be out there, and if I'll be able to explore this game as a medium to meet more people.
A thorough Google search lead me to Crafting Worlds, and now I'm inspired to join!

Why do you want to be a part of Crafting Worlds? (this is probably the most important one)
I enjoy writing, especially cooperatively, as a creativity outlet - and it's one of the ways I interact with the world and meet new people.
I think mostly I want to make new friends! And see what new, exciting stories I might be able to write with others.
On another note, I would just like to explore games further and find new ways to enjoy the things I like. It's a good and healthy thing to make new acquaintances!

What was your first/favorite creative outlet? (optional)
In all honesty, I don't remember! I've been doing forum roleplay for as long as I remember.
I think my first in-game roleplay was FFXIV, but I've enjoyed several others since then.
Otherwise, I enjoy drawing when I'm not writing!

What were your first gaming experiences? (Console, PC, pen & paper, board games etc.)
Probably little retro console games back in the day. I remember fondly the Gameboy was my favorite.
I also used to enjoy playing cooperative games on the PC with my sister while growing up.

What games are you currently playing/looking to play with the Crafting Worlds community?
As mentioned earlier, mainly VRising! Though I might peek at others, if they catch my fancy! (Or I'm inspired/invited to do so by the people I meet.)

What role do you find yourself falling into in games? (For example: PvP, PvE, Casual/Social, etc.)
I'm not a very PvP based player, only because I like helping out more than committing the unalive.
Hence a good hearty mix of PvE and Casual/Social, but it doesn't mean that it's a hard no!
To me what usually matters is the company.

Yes! I'm active in several communities atm, though just enough to manage my irl time.
In all honesty, it depends on the community! I've had good and bad experiences, depending largely on the people involved.
I don't think that's a reason to stop trying, though.
