I remember when they had the casino shouters in WoW. I hated that crap filling the chat box.

I did that in EQOA. But I was like 10 and just took peoples money and never paid when they won. Cuz, y'know, I was a tool as a kid.
 
I love character housing. This Podcast was great. Like you guys said, I think it's neat that housing items can drop off of mobs. To kill a raid boss and be able to put some type of trophy or decoration into a player house gives the player a rewarding feeling. It's something they can 'show off' for their hard work and dedication.
 
did you see the screen shots they put out last week or so of the people in beta doing housing? There was some amazing stuff in there. Upside down house, Cardboard box house within a house, Raid beast full of swords in the middle of the room.

I am looking forward to building vertically inside my house. I love the idea of loft beds and stuff like that so seeing those pictures solidifies my idea that we can really take advantage of higher areas. Hopefully they will offer flooring tiles etc. Or we will just have to get creative for a second floor. :)

My favorite house was the Houseception. Too cute!!! :)
 
The fire pit with the spit of meat... gotta have one of those for my place.

Oo, you make a great point. I really hope they offer flooring tiles, too. I never took that into account. If they didn't... like you said, we'd have to get creative for a second floor. In the Best Loft Space, it looked like the flooring used to make that space was made out of wooden boards.

Oh man now I wish I had photos of my old tree forts. We used to use fabric to insulate and scotch guarded fabric for windows etc. Looked like we had a hobo living in our tree in teh backuyard :p

My dad, my friends and I built a fort that we used a lot as kids, had sleep overs and all that amazing fun stuff in there!!!
