I was shown this from @hole and it is the first visual representation of the difference between a Panic attack which I have suffered from since little and general anxiety. I find this information very useful and wanted to share for others who may want to share or just get some knowledge on the difference as well. Anxiety these days and panic attack is used synonymously and for those of us who have one but not the other, it can be very frustrating. Specially when anxiety and “I am feeling stressed” are also often misconstrued. Hope this is helpful! And hey if anything ya learn something new!
