ATTN: Personalities

I'm actually planning on starting to casually stream other games starting in January. I just need to make a few computer upgrades over the next month to get ready for it.

Also, I try to stream casually on PS4 if you are ever down. We could cross streams..... We could join streams and pick up more people.
 
Sweet I got my capture card all set up, and it automatically switches between my PS4 and Wii U depending on which one is on. Added bonus: I can play console games on my PC so Mallory can watch her telenovelas or whatever it is chicks watch.
 
You could always just show some cleavage and mount your cam super high (sfw). Skill is irrelevant.

Though this may seem obvious (and I apologize if it is), remember that as a streamer you become an entertainer. You market yourself as a product. What you play is half of the equation. It doesn't need to be the pro-level, watch-me-get-headshots product, nor the pro-level/educational product, but it should have a unifying theme even if it isn't a single game. How you play + the title(s), and what you personally offer to your audience are of equal importance. Even if people hate you (see Howard Stern documentary).

I have a friend with an unsuccessful channel, partly (imo) due to his varied style. He bounces from new title launches, to retro gaming, to hardcore wow raiding. That, plus his irregular stream times.

Let me know if you need any graphics designed or whatnot. I'd love to contribute.
 
Thanks man, yeah I've been working on being more engaging in my stream; I need to find my niche now. Just need a good game I actually want to play

I'm always up for being a background voice.

Some games that will usually get good amount of views are usually your MOBAS. Also, having a consistent schedule always helps keep people coming back when they know when you are streaming.

Also, I believe console games are making their way into the streaming spotlight thanks to the new systems.

Do you have a time table that you want to stream? I know that you work late and sleep in the am?
 
I'd play with you! I also have a Wii U. I currently own Mario Kart 8 and Warriors of Hyrule. I could do Mumble at the same time by playing ont he gamepad near my computer.

I'd also do computer games like Diablo 3:ROS, Smite, Heroes of the Storm, Hearthstone, or some other F2P game.
 
been thinking about snagging Warriors of Hyrule as well. Only snag is I'm usually not on before 00:00 EST so I can spend some time with the girl

Double so now that the Mystery of the Microphone has been solved.

As far as games, I don't have a clue since I only ever play MMO's.
If you find an interesting game I'd be happy to check it out and join up.

I just want something with a reward for the time sink other than "YOU WIN!"
That's what I like about MMO stuff, always something like costume, prestige pieces not in game anymore, or titles to get.

A lot of people use Wolfenstein: The New Order as a benchmarking tool. It´s fun to play as well.
