Avatar problem

Hey, I've tried a variety of solutions but for whatever reason I can't seem to upload an avatar.

Tried all the suggested file types, a few different sizes, saved other peoples avatars than tried to upload them.

I even tried using my tablet, laptop, work computer and my home PC to upload it and none of them work.

I don't want to be the guy with the blank photo anymore
