Computer Parts FOR SALE.

I'm just updating this thread so people who are interested in parts know what is still left. But thanks for teh congrats :)
 
My SSD arrived today. Looks fresh. Will be flashing it Monday and settling her into the macbook while moving the Vertex 4 over for the new rig's OS boot.

The Vertex 4 is very nice but I've noticed it takes a while to settle in. I wasn't getting speeds as high as I would like in the beginning but after a week not that all the drivers are in, settings adjusted and tasks cached it's super fast - as it should be given the thing cost like $300 ;)
 
Yes, but the main issue I have with the Vertex 4 [as it's currently in my MBP] that it sucks SO much juice on idle. Whereas the Corsair is much easier on the consumption.

Also, I got it on an extreme Microcenter weekend sale for $185 for the 256GB version.

I feel it will be a more solid choice for the desktop over the laptop.

Ok, Because I really need to get some money here, I am going to drop the price of my solid state drives to 115 if you buy both or 125 each.

That is 75-150 dollars cheaper than ANY outlet you can find.

Just to be sure, could I get a specific name of the SSD. Friend is building his rig tomorrow, and I've been looking for an SSD.
