Cop being arrested for murder (Trolling warning)

This "bad apple" is one of the few that have really tarnish the honor of wearing a badge. I know many police officers/deputies and they would never behave like this and I live in the South where the state of mind believes this is how we treat black people everyday. P.S. we don't.

I actually went to B.L.E.T. and finished the program when I was first dating my wife. After finishing the program I realized that it wasn't the career for me. I was actually going into I.C.E. with my cousin but again decided against it.

Back to the cop, this guy is a killer from all the evidence presented and deserves the sentence that he gets. Now, is every cop like this guy? Hell no. :)

If it was one "bad apple", the solution would be simple. You get rid of that apple. But what about Trayvon Martin? Michael Brown? Eric Harris is the latest victim.

The problem is not one apple on the tree. The tree is rotted through. Root and branch. It is a systemic level of racism that enables shit like these shootings and countless others to take place. And until people understand that, these problems will keep happening. I fear that this kind of behavior has been happening for a long time, and its only now that we have ubiquitous access to video recording equipment that we're seeing the truth. And we're still not seeing how deep the problem goes.

But what about Trayvon Martin? Michael Brown?
Both of these attacked them first.

Michael Brown reached into the police cruiser and assaulted the officer while he was in his vehicle and went for his gun, hence being shot in the hand. Then proceeds to charge the officer, paraphrasing "like a wild bull". All shots were to his front and not back. MULTIPLE eye witnesses attest to this. This all happened after Michael Brown robbed a store. So this officer is most definitely not part of the bad apples.

Trayvon Martin wasn't killed by a police officer but by a concealed carry citizen who was concerned. I don't remember the details on this case but I am more than happy to go look them up.

EDIT: The reason these incidents are spewing hate and racism is because the left controlled the media into bringing that about. The above two cases were only called by the race baiters because the officer was white and the victim was black. I am more than happy again to bring up other cases where a white citizen was shot, raped or brutally attacked by a black person. But you won't ever see these cases hit the media outlets. Why is that? Aren't those racism crimes? Nope, according to the media NAACP and the left only white people killing black people is racism.

But what about Trayvon Martin? Michael Brown?
As Baldo stated, these 2 are open for debate.
Michael Brown I agree on what Blado said. Still not sure if what the officer did was right, but not pressing charges was fine in that situation.

Trayvon Martin was indeed killed by a citizen and not a police officer. And due to some stupid laws, he couldn´t be charged with anything.

@Bladoraxx I would love to hear your opinion on the homeless person and the other guy who was chocked to death (both are mentioned in the video).

I'm not familiar with the homeless one. Can i get a link to some news articles? multiple ones are best so I can get the full story.

Albuquerque...that says it all. Kidding. I have no defense for these men. From what I can tell I blame it on poor training in this area of field i.E. use of deadly force.

Trayvon Martin was unarmed. And there's no evidence he attacked George Zimmerman.

Michael Brown was unarmed. When he was shot for the twelfth time, he was still out of arm's reach. How many methods do law enforcement officers have at their disposal for non-lethal takedowns? I am not a law enforcement officer. But even I can think of a number of methods of taking down a perpetrator without killing him. And I don't have access to pepper spray, or a truncheon, or a taser, or even handcuffs. Needless to say, I also don't have access to a firearm.

Your point about George Zimmerman not being a law officer is fair. Zimmerman is a private citizen. But my larger point still remains.

In the second the officer had, he had to make a split second decision. Yeah, he could def done something else at the time but in his mind he felt threatened for his life after Brown went after his life. There is a video of an active member of the protest for Michael Brown activist who went through the split second decision training http://www.inquisitr.com/1746733/black-lives-matter-activist-police-force-scenarios/ . These officers have to make split second decisions. Also, to the number of times shooting, when you are in fight or flight mode you are pulling the trigger faster than normal to "remove the threat" and don't realize that you already went through a full mag.

I think it's awesome thst Jarret went through a series of Force scenarios. I think that should be something important for most people to undergo. And I realise these are hot-button topics for a lot of people.

What I would like is a thorough examination of the people who are law enforcement officers. Because there seem to be all kinds of cases coming out around police abusing positions of power.

I agree, I think that these training exercises need to become a mandatory 4 month evaluation into continued education. I told Euchale that this was a hot topic and would bring out a can of worms. Body cams and that sort of stuff is something I am against. Soon it will be Robocop out there and then people won't be too happy then. No discrimination and no judgement calls for, say, a broken taillight that was out without the owners knowledge. Boom insta ticket.

The police foundation website, for being a yearlong study doesn't give a ton of data to back up his "Study"

I don't trust theguardian :)

Also, Cops was an amazing TV Show :)

Google "police cam decreases police brutality" and look for a site you trust.

Must not get involved, must not get involved, must not get involved.

All I will say is the Michael Brown shooting was a good shoot and its a shame the officers career, life, life of friends, family members, the town and its people were ruined by fucking savages that tore the town apart and the media that sensationalized this crap.
