ah, i saw this yesterday, at the very least it looks like it will be interesting, but i think i will be waiting for the post release reviews before i make my decision on it.

I was hoping someone had made a thread about this! As a huge Bungie fanboy, I can honestly say that this level of excitement has not been felt in quite some time. I don't care what platform, what style of FPS, or how much this game costs, I will buy it.

Also, after watching this ViDoc multiple times, I think I'm going to need a new pair of pants... *ponymeme:

To quote the studio's co-founder Jason Jones:

"We limited players to two weapons, we gave them recharging health, we automatically saved and restored the game -- almost heretical things to first-person shooters at the time. We made the game run without a mouse and keyboard. And now nobody plays shooters the way they used to play them before Halo 'cause nobody wants to."

Right, Jason.

Ah well. If it's not happening on PC, it's not happening for me - and I can live with that.

Yeah. I do love Bungie as a company but I am a PC gamer first. The Halo series was really the only games I played multiplayer on my console. It might be that way again for Destiny, but I probably wont pick it up. Its an ambitious looking project though.

I bought ONI a couple years back for the PS2. I don't even own a PS2.

Thank goodness I'm a Bungie fanboy because otherwise I think my blind devotion would lead to disappointment eventually. I'm assuming since Activision is the publisher that it'll be multiplatform. As for PC, I haven't seen any sources to indicate that they wouldn't. I mean, Halo was an Xbox exclusive because Bungie was a part of Microsoft. Seeing as that's no longer the case it would seem like throwing away money not to release a PC version.
