For me the real problem is less the individual people and more the system that rewards such behavior. In my fathers day. It was more of the norm to man up and do the right thing not try to always take advantage.

Yeah, I guess I did derail the thread some. Most of the individuals pictured stem from what we perceive as abuses of power, so I probably should have addressed the root more directly.

The worst people in my parents restaurant are the "allergic" people. Recently we had a woman that said she would really like a schnitzel, but without the bread crums, since they are stuck to the schnitzel with milk and egg, and she is lactose intolerant. Later that day she ordered a ice cream. No comment.

Here where I live, people that i know that work in the food industry tell me that people here like to order expensive meals like steaks, eat all of it but one bite, then complain to the restaurant that their steak was under/overcooked and want their meal comped. Now that, to me, is like the definition of scumbag.
