Event summary on main forum page

I've noticed that the events on the main forum page show the time of the event, but not the date. I keep thinking that stuff is happening today when I look at it. Is it possible to get the date to display as well? If the title of the thread appeared there, I think that would take care if it.

I swear it used to display the date at one point.. I could be going crazy though.
