LevelCap explains the new field upgrades. If you are familiar with Battlefield 3 you will recognize these new field upgrades as an evolution from BF3's Squad Specializations. I am glad they went more in depth although I agree with LC that some of the order and actual upgrades could use some tweaking, but hey thats what beta is for.
