Getting Added to the Stream List

Crake mentioned that there is a way to get added to the stream tab through the website.

Is there a specific request that I need to do to get added or can I just leave my twitch username?

In regards to the stream schedule, I used to stream daily around 9 EST to 12 EST. I think for this game, however, I am just going to be streaming dungeon runs and raids. So, in that sense, whatever our raid schedule will be.
