Guess Time!

My 1st thought, some anime based on Mirror's Edge, but then huge robots came, and this super-blue-heroine so i thought about new version of power rangers but then so many weird things happend and now i have no idea. It's probably some new anime and the signs at the end were title of it.

Edit: i watched it agin, only 1 thing i see is the "H (empty space) M L", HTML? what the hell? Also blue-lady is in the picture on the wall.
Edit Edit: Logo of the windows on the blue-lady ass. Am i right?
