HDMI Capture Card

Avermedia is the best cap card on the market now. I use an Elgato currently and like it very much. I would recommend either of those two.

I have used that same capture card, as well as the portable version. And from my experience, I’d rather go with the Portable.

Reason for that is the one you linked (internal one), makes some text on my screen look weird. I don’t know how to explain it or why it happens, but it becomes extremely hard to read it. Red colors, such as the links on this very site, becomes almost unreadable. I’ve tried updating firmware to no avail, and I’ve also found some posts on Xsplit, and OBS forums which share this issue. I don’t use that thing anymore because of it, other than that it’s a great card.

I don't have any experience streaming so I can't say anything towards the card itself or alternatives (which makes this post off-topic), but if a second set of eyes on the reviews is is useful then...

It seems like it would be good for condole streaming, though PC folks are reporting a significant framerate drop when running GPU > Capture Card > Monitor. They aren't specifying their builds, though, and there are a few successful videos online with people using your same mobo and an AMD chip.

The negative reviews on NewEgg, Amazon and other forums generally stem from oddities in PC streaming and the card bricking after applying a unavoidable firmware update. If you can make it past the install, I think you'd be good? The card seems to have a lot more functionality than others in it's class.

Here's a helpful install guide from a user:

I hope this helps! Sorry I couldn't offer more.

Been looking in to HDMI capture cards for streaming on the console as well as the Mac and PC I was wondering id any of you have ever used something like this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815100100

And could give me some thoughts?

Thats exactly what I have and it works beautifully. I would avoid external cards as they have a delay and aren't as suitable for playing on the pc. I would also recommend getting an hdmi switch if you plan on using more then one console with it for ease of use.

I use this

I havent had any issues with mine

I haven't ordered it yet. But I will be getting it probably next week. #Realifesucks
