This is a hard one to explain/ put to words… so much so, I’ve probably restarted this section five times now… now six…
I’m definitely a more casual PvE player than anything else. I like to take it slow and actually enjoy, hell I SAVOR the game. This means, I dabble in everything… literally everything… exploration, crafting, and even farming/grinding. Hell, even though I’ve never been very good at PvP, I am rather intrigued by WvW, and will probably try it out later on
Which previous MMO's or online games have you played and how long for?
Holy hell, where to begin…
Started with a game called Nexus: Kingdom of the Winds. This game still exists today, but its changed so much that I don’t really recognize it. Although, I still have my account but only register it to keep it from being purged haha. I spent most of my middle school and high school playing this game off and on. It was (in the beginning) a very RP oriented game, and whats one of the things I enjoyed about it. I played it off and on pretty hard core for ten years or so.
I also played UO for a year or so. I stopped shortly after the “Second Age” or whatever it was called. I enjoyed the finer aspects of this game… things such as killing NPC’s for colored sandals… draining potion barrels of the annoying neighbors… PKing the PK guild around the bend... ahh the memories…
I also played WoW from about 6 months after its release until about two years ago. Truly enjoyed it especially near the end, but it just started getting boring, and stale. And with work taking up much of my time it was just time to go.
Were you a part of a guild? What was your experience?
Yup, I was the Guild Leader of a guild in WoW. But it was a co-run guild. We were called ‘Pint Size’ on Arthas. Three of us originally made it to use as extra banking, then we started getting requests for people to join us when we ran PUGs. Because we built it on friends and people like us it was always fun and enjoyable. We even got rated as one of the top ten guilds on our server, which was surprising and very awesome haha.
Before that I was in some raiding guilds that basically let anyone and everyone in. Which means I had pre-teen twat bags screaming about proper flanking during boss fights, heavy breathing into their mics (Darth Vader Style), or typing in all caps all the time. No bueno muchacho.
How did you hear about the Guild?
I was searching for things related to Yak’s Bend, guilds, videos etc. Found a video, then your website, then information on your guild.
I thought to myself, “Well shit… I enjoy these videos. I like this website. *Points to Bruce* AND I also have a beard and like to drink while playing games… I need to apply.”
What will you bring to the ALTTABME community? (Chatty? Skilled? Funny? Helping?)
Not really chatty… I like to think of myself as helpful, skilled and funny though.
Will Arcanix be the only guild you join?
Yup.

I tried to be honest and let as much of me through as possible in this application. Mainly because I want to be a part of this guild. I think I would enjoy being a member otherwise I wouldn't have filled out this application...
