Something strange happened to me this morning, and I thought I would share.
So am fighting the vigil tactician for the skill point near Rally Waypoint in the Straits of Devestation. I pop my death shroud, and use my teleport claw attack. Lo and Behold, Somehow when I appeared from my teleport I was outside the wall on a small ledge!
I finish off the skill point and start looking for a way out, down, anywhere. The only thing I can see is to jump to another small ledge, or into the great beyond that lay before me.
With no other choice (save for waypointing, and Im not about to let this opportunity slip through my fingers~) I plunge into the abyss! When I hit the water I can see a few objects floating in the void, and the underside of the map as far as I can see.
As I am here, I decide to check out the objects I can see, which are well below me in depth. As I get closer, not only does the water go from blue to green, but I can see it is fractured wood/stone of some sort.
But wait! Lo and behold I see .. something even deeper in the depths..
I dive deep, the water changes again. I get closer..
and closer..
and finally I am upon it. Although I have finally found the true 'bottom' depth of the world, and cannot touch the dragon, I can see that it is the same dragon which flys about above the zone!
The dragon is completely immobile No name or interaction. I can tell that I am underwater, however I can see clouds, sky, even the sun!
Eventually, After trying everything to get closer or underneath the dragon, I leave the beast. Glorious. Deadly. Frozen in time.
Well that's my story! I thought it was a pretty cool adventure that others might like to see and check out whats really happening outside the normal 'containment' zone.
