What arcade game was that?

It's actually a modded cabinet for a PS4 controller. I forget the name temporarily, but it's a side scroll survival beat'em up with increasing wave difficulty.

Controls were a bit wonky because modded cabinet has wicked input delay, but was a good presentation of the game.

Makes sense, I've played a lot of side scroll shoot 'em/beat 'em up arcade games and I was so confused as to why I couldn't place that one.
